The Process Builder
Free — one section of your About page, finished
Your About page never answers the question they're actually asking.
It's not "who are you." It's so how does this actually work? Answer six questions — about five minutes — and walk out with the Process section of your page written, in your words, ready to paste.

Nothing gets stored, nothing gets scored, and I don't hand anybody's address to anybody. After that you're on my list, where I write about brand story and the copy that carries it. Leave whenever you want.
"Let me think about it" usually means they don't know what happens next.
I've been harping on About pages for years. Workshops, audits, articles, the whole thing.
The same gap shows up every time. The page has a story. Maybe some values. A photo taken in better lighting than you get most days. What it doesn't have is any indication of what happens after somebody says yes.
So they don't say yes.
A named, specific process does more work than another paragraph about how much you care. It tells a nervous buyer exactly what Tuesday looks like.
"We'll figure it out together" and "one hour on video, and you've got the plan in 48 hours" are not the same sentence.
Here's what comes out the other end.
Somebody else's run, so you can see the shape of it before you spend the five minutes.

The Untangle
People hire me to untangle a scaling team's operations before the founder burns out. Here is exactly what happens when they do.
- The Sit-Down — Two hours on video with you and one person who actually does the work. I record it and send you the transcript same day.
- The Map — Within five business days you get a one-page diagram of where work actually flows versus where you think it flows.
- The Cut — We kill three processes together on a single call. Not defer them. Kill them.
- The Rebuild — Four weeks of installing what replaces them, with a Friday email every week whether there's news or not.
- The Walk-Away — You get the SOPs, the recordings, and a 30-day check-in call so it doesn't quietly revert.
Most people in my line of work deliver an audit and leave you to implement it alone. I don't. I stay through the first four weeks and rewrite the SOPs as they break in real use.
When you work with me, you'll get a Friday update every week, and I'll tell you when something isn't working before you notice it.
What you'll have
Numbered steps in your own words. The line about what you do differently. The one commitment somebody could hold you to.
It goes on your About page, your services page, and into your next proposal. Same copy, three jobs.
What it'll cost you
About five minutes, and some honesty. The thing pushes back if you type "discovery" and leave it at that.
If you can't name three real steps in how you work, you'll find that out. Which is worth more than five minutes.
Six questions. One section of your About page, done.
